Our honey & sea salt popcorn has a delicious buttery richness that the bright acidity found in our chardonnays compliments for this perfect pairing.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsps butter
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3/4 cup popcorn kernals
Directions
Combine butter, sea salt, olive oil & honey in microwave safe bowl
*pro tip: measure olive oil before honey so honey easily glides out of spoon.
Microwave 45 seconds or less, stir well & set aside.
Pre-heat oven to 325
Pop corn & spread on sheet pan.
Drizzle with 1/2 melted mixture & stir, drizzle remaining & stir again.
Bake for 5 min at 325
Remove pan from oven stir.
Bake 3 min at 325.
Let cool & enjoy!
