Grilled Mexican Street Corn

Grilled Mexican street corn is the perfect compliment to your summer cook out. The salty spiciness of the corn brings out the fresh citrus and tropical notes in our Chardonnays.
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated cotija cheese
- 4 lime wedges
- Tajin Classic Seasoning, to taste
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
Grill corn until hot & lightly charred all over approx 7-10 min, depending on temperature of the grill.
Roll the ears of corn in melted butter, then spread evenly with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with cotija cheese, Tajin seasoning and serve with a lime wedge.
